Return / Exchange Policies

We will be happy to make an exchange for any items that you are not completely happy with; except on custom orders. 

The item must be return to Cowboy Crafts with 14 days of the shipping date in perfect condition.  Ship prepaid and insured with the packing securely with the packing slip included.

Please note that shipping & handling is non-refundable, unless we have made a mistake and shipped the wrong item.
